Each week in April, I’ll be creating a hypnosis session around themes that many of us are quietly navigating — anxiety, self-trust, perspective, and change.
April’s Hypnosis sessions may be especially helpful If you’ve been:

struggling to relax, even when you have “the time”
tired of holding stress in your body
overthinking or feeling “on” all the time
what can i expect during a session or recording?
Hypnosis is not sleep or loss of control. Hypnosis is a way to access a deeply relaxed state of both mind and body where you will be fully in control of your thoughts and mind. You may experience feelings of lightness, heaviness, enhanced hearing, smell or taste. There is no “right way” to experience hypnosis, just come curious and willing to participate.
From there, I’ll use specific language and imagery based on your goals to help your mind shift desired patterns more easily.
At the end a session people report feeling:

Each week includes:
A focused theme
Option for virtual 1:1 hypnosis sessions (limited)
A recorded session created from the collective themes of the group each week
