Welcome to Hive Hypnosis! Hive Hypnosis, LLC (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") is a certified hypnotherapist and operates as a limited liability company (LLC) in the state of California. By accessing or using our website and services, you (referred to as "you," "your," or "user") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1 Informational purposes only: Hive Hypnosis provides information and services for informational purposes only. The information gained from working with Hive Hypnosis is not intended as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice, and should not be relied upon as such.
2 Non-refundable and subject to expiration: All services purchased from Hive Hypnosis, including but not limited to hypnosis sessions, recordings, or other materials, are non-refundable. Packages purchased expire six (6) months from the date of purchase. Sessions are prepaid and secured upon payment.
3 Personal use and sharing with permission: The information, materials, or content obtained from Hive Hypnosis are for personal use only and may not be used for any commercial or business purposes without the express permission of Hive Hypnosis and/or the original creator of the intellectual property. You may share the information or content with others only with the expressed permission of Hive Hypnosis and/or the original creator, and subject to any restrictions or guidelines provided by Hive Hypnosis.
4 We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your hypnosis session. Please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below:
Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your scheduled session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a rescheduled session or a refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund, and the session will be considered as used.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find an alternative time that works for both parties.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee the availability of alternative time slots.
Late Arrivals:
Please be punctual for your scheduled session. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the appointments of other clients.
No-shows:
If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notification, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling option will be available.
5 Modification and termination of terms and conditions: Hive Hypnosis reserves the right to modify or terminate these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers who have provided their contact information may be notified of any such modifications, and it is their responsibility to opt-in for such communication. By using the services of Hive Hypnosis, you agree that any modifications or termination of these terms and conditions will be binding upon you, regardless of whether you have opted-in for communication or not.
6 Intellectual property rights: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary information, associated with Hive Hypnosis, its services, materials, and content, are owned by Hive Hypnosis or its respective owners. The permitted uses of intellectual property are limited to personal use, non-commercial use, private sharing with permission, and personal customization, as described in these terms and conditions. Any unauthorized use or infringement of intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
By accessing or using the services of Hive Hypnosis, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions, and any updates or modifications made by Hive Hypnosis. It is your responsibility to review and understand these terms and conditions before using the services, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
